WELCOME TO THE
PETERBOROUGH & COUNTY
MILITARY MUSEUM

In recognition of our strong military legacy, the Hastings & Prince Edward Regiment Military Museum in Belleville aided in the creation of a Branch Museum in Peterborough. To accomplish this, a local committee was formed to raise funds, renovate a room in the Peterborough Armoury, procure furniture and equipment and collect artifacts and archival materials for displaying. The goal was to make a first-rate military museum for the Peterborough community.
